Information collected through our website
We collect your name, query details, contact details and sometimes IP address in the course of any direct communication with you, such as through email, contact forms, comments, chat, or phone. We may also collect your product preferences and feedback about our website(s) and our product(s), if you choose to provide them to us.
When you use our website we automatically collect certain non personally identifiable information. This includes the parts of the website that you visited, your general location, time of visit and other non personally identifiable information.

Who we share your data with
We may share your contact details, query details and product preferences with our marketing representative in your area. We do not share personal information with any other third parties, with the exception of those necessary to perform our services and those explicitly agreed upon with you. We disclose information to law enforcement agencies upon legal request for such information.
Visitor comments may be checked through an automated spam detection service.
How long we retain your data
If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.
For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.
Information collection through our products
In order to register VGK Project™, and related products you must provide contact information (like name, email, address, and company details) and financial details (like credit card number, expiration date, bank details). You may voluntarily provide us with additional information such as product preferences, product requirements, company details, and other information.
We do not carry out any automated collection of information using our software. We do not automatically retrieve crash reports, usage reports, nor any other statistics. You are welcome to contact us by email and submit these details by email if and when you wish.

We only share information with third parties that are required to fulfill your request and that are agreed upon as part of our services. This includes the following:
